For the Kids

TFC (Teens for Christ)

If you're at Intermediate or College, this is for you.

TFC is a fun time of serious learning. Teens go to the main church service at 10.00am and then about 10.30 they leave to go to their own programme. During this time we discuss what the Bible says about issues such as Music, Friends, Respect or Relationships.

Kids Church

Kids between 4 to 11 years old, it's your church.

Is a cool way to learn about God! Our kids-friendly programme encourages them with times of praise, Bible lessons and lesson activities and or games. Upon arrival children will go into worship in the main Auditorium, after a few songs, children are prayed for and dismissed to their church activities. We would love to have you join us Sunday's @ 10am.

Is available for children up to 4 years old in a supervised playroom off the Activity Centre.

Cry Room

A room off the main Auditorium is available to parents with infants.

LIFE groups here at Greerton Bible Church play a vital role in the life, growth and pastoral care of our GBC family. So far this year there are 11 LIFE groups operating with over 60% of the church involved. These groups vary in their make-up from young mums to families, from folk more established in age to those who are just starting out in their married life, from those that are just for men to those that are just for women.

They operate on a number of different days of week at a variety of different times and locations. Each year LIFE groups are collectively involved in the hospitality of visitors and new people to GBC. In the past this has proved to be very successful in helping meet the hospitality needs of a growing church like GBC. Over the next little while there is the possibility of some new LIFE groups commencing here at GBC to meet the needs of a diverse and growing church family. For LIFE group studies many groups follow the series of study notes produces by GBC that co-incides with the Sunday morning teaching programme, some groups follow a different course of study that they as a group have a passion for or are interested in and some groups work their way through a DVD series. The aim of every GBC LIFE group is to provide a safe environment in which GBC family members (and others) can encourage and inspire each other while all growing together in their knowledge of God and their desire to serve Him. A special thanks to all the LIFE group leaders, your input is truly appreciated. If you are not in a GBC LIFE group and would like to know more about them please do not hesitate to talk with us.
